We are seeking a Property Supervisor who shares that commitment and is ready to lead.Position SummaryPeak Asset Management is seeking an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This individual will be responsible for property operations, leasing oversight, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, owner communication, and leading onsite personnel while maintaining Peak's high standard of customer service.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.Coordinate leasing activity, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident retention efforts.Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or operational concerns.Respond professionally to tenant and owner inquiries.Coordinate vendors and ensure quality performance of contracted services.Monitor delinquency reports and assist with collections and notices.Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable landlord-tenant laws.Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and operational reporting.Support capital improvement projects as assigned.Maintain accurate documentation within AppFolio.Lead and mentor onsite staff while promoting accountability and teamwork.Minimum QualificationsFluent in both English and Spanish (required)Minimum 3 years of property management experienceExperience managing both residential and commercial properties preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with strong customer service skillsRequired Technical SkillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office — Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsExperience with AppFolio or comparable property management softwareExperience with electronic work order systemsAbility to prepare reports and maintain accurate property recordsWho You AreSelf-motivated and solution-oriented — you find a way forward, not an excuseCalm under pressure with strong decision-making and problem-solving instinctsHighly organized with exceptional time management and follow-throughAble to work independently while staying closely aligned with the management teamGenuinely committed to delivering exceptional service and protecting client investments #J-18808-Ljbffr PEAK FINANCIAL PARTNERS INC
