If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results‑oriented team members who love to connect with people. Available shifts Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (weekend availability required) Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (weekend availability required) We Offer Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase Great working environment!
