  Sales & Leasing Advisor

We are seeking a professional sales advisor to represent the Subaru brand of automobiles in purchase and lease transactions. You will work on both new and preowned sales transactions. We are a franchised Subaru retailer and our advisors are required to be fully trained to communicate the benefits of our award winning Subaru lineup of models to recent prospects and to our large base of repeat buyers. We are looking for candidates that can continue our reputation for the highest level of integrity and competence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Modern communication skills via phone, email and in person

• Must be able to cultivate a trusting relationship with Subaru buyers

• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product presentations

• Continuous training requirements focused on product attributes and sales skills 

• Full use of Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) software tools for customer communications and transaction completion

• Collaboration with Sales and Management Team to ensure a positive, seamless experience for our customers both before, during and after the completion of the sale.

 Job Requirements:

• Valid drivers license without driving restrictions

• Literacy with contemporary computing devices including mobile phone applications

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Must either possess a current Automotive Sales License or qualified for license issue 

Other Beneficial Attributes:

• Previous sales experience in automotive or other consumer products 

• Bi-lingual English / Spanish 

• High level of self motivation  

• Positive attitude and willingness to join our top-rated sales team
