Electrical Design Engineer6+years’ experience in electrical design and/or controlsDesigns electrical wiring for all HVAC applications focusing on package light commercialCreate electrical assembly wirings.Identify and create BOM and BOM structure.Building prototypes.Support design engineers with their tests.Familiar with NEC/UL standards for US and Canada.Good knowledge and understanding of fundamental principles of Electronic Control Components & Electronic Control Issues in the HVAC outdoor & indoor applications. Prior knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus but not a requirement.Must be a hands-on practical engineer with the ability to solve complex Electronic Control problems quickly and effectively.Resolves Electronic/electrical Control problems quickly and effectively.Works with different functional groups on projects relating to Efficiency, Quality, and Cost improvementsWorks with the factories to ensure that new production control boards are acceptable to the manufacturing operations in terms of first article inspection (FAI), Production Line Assembly, Production Run Testers, Shipping Tests, Product Specifications, Marketing Brochures, and others.An understanding of software programming is also a plus.
