Manufacturing Assembly Technician

As a Production Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by building high-quality components and assemblies. You will utilize a variety of industrial tools and materials to ensure our products meet rigorous performance standards while contributing to a culture of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate handheld pneumatic and electric power tools, including drills, riveters, and impact wrenches, to assemble complex components. Work with diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, composites, and adhesives to construct durable finished products. Manage material flow to your workstation using overhead cranes, forklifts, and manual carts to maintain consistent production output. Perform routine quality inspections to ensure all assemblies adhere to precise technical specifications. Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following all established safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to safely operate pneumatic and electric power tools. Proficiency in reading and interpreting tape measures and other precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed verbal or written instructions. Capacity to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to maneuver large assemblies weighing up to 180 pounds with assistance. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a production environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly line setting.
