This seasonal, full-time position (March-November) is ideal for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, reliable to work on their own, and enjoy building relationships with customers. You’ll apply standard applications Weed Man offers, evaluate lawn health, and recommend solutions while providing exceptional customer service. Those who love the outdoors, working on your own, and have a clean driving record—this is perfect for you!Responsibilities:Complete daily, assigned services for customer lawnsSafely, meticulously, & accurately operate application equipmentEvaluate lawn conditions & provide solutionsPerform lawn measurementsCommunicate with customers in a friendly, professional mannerGenerate field sales when appropriateMaintain accurate service records and follow all state/company regulationsGuarantee company vehicles, equipment, and materials are kept clean and organizedRepresent Weed Man with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindsetQualifications/Requirements:MUST have a valid Michigan driver license with a CLEAN driving record.State certification to spray herbicidesIf NOT currently certified, must be able to obtain certification within 2 weeks of hire.
