Marketing Strategist

Essential Functions: Brand Marketing & CampaignsPartner with TheWraps design team and ideate, produce and to promote our events, newsletters, and new product launches.Assist with marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Support the rollout of new products and initiatives with integrated marketing plans.Sales Collaboration and Revenue Generation:You will serve as the primary Marketing contact for TheWrap's sales team, ensuring advertisers and partners are presented with the most compelling, current, and effective solutions.Serve as the day-to-day partner for the sales team, translating advertiser needs into ideas and packages.Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and sponsorship packages tailored to advertiser goals.Build sales presentations and one-sheets, ensuring materials always reflect TheWraps latest offerings.Collaborate closely with the sales team to proactively create pitches and ahead of outreach cycles.Assist with other ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed.Accountability/Supervision: Reports directly to Marketing VPWorking Conditions: 40 hours/week full time. In the office Monday through Thursday, Remote on Fridays.Required:Bachelors degree or higherExperience within a Marketing/Communications role with proficiency in presentationsSolid understanding of fundamental marketing principles including online/digital, product developmentAccuracy and attention to detail is essentialStrong research and analysis skills, with the ability to generate insights based on dataExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interface with internal staff, vendors and clientsStrong project management with the ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environmentTech savvy: Being able to figure out solutions on the flyTotal Rewards401K Plan with a generous company matchFull medical, dental, and vision benefitsGenerous Paid Time Off and HolidaysThe salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
