Medical Lab Scientist

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to support our FSER and acute care services. In this onsite role, you will perform routine and complex testing across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and transfusion services to deliver rapid, accurate results for emergency and inpatient populations. Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, analyzer operation and troubleshooting, strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and timely reporting of critical values. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, contribute to performance improvement, and benefit from advanced technology, ongoing education, and a supportive, team-oriented culture focused on patient-first care.
