Home Care Aide (Non-Medical Caregiver) – $20/Hour

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $20 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, and dressing)
Prepare light meals
Provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Escort clients to appointments when needed

Qualifications:

Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
Ideal for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Companion Caregivers, IHSS Providers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or anyone looking to begin a career in home care

California Home Care Requirements:

Live Scan background check
Registration as a California Home Care Aide
Current TB test
Completion of the required 5-hour Home Care Aide orientation training

Southview Home Care Services will assist qualified applicants with the Home Care Aide registration process and provide guidance on completing all state requirements.

Additional Information:

Part-time positions available
Multiple client assignments may be available based on experience and availability
Reliable transportation is helpful but not required for every case
Valid government-issued ID and Social Security card required
