Client-Centric Tier 3 Escalation Engineer

RJ Young Company is looking for an Escalation Engineer based in Madison, Alabama. In this full-time role, you will serve as a tier-3 resource for escalated service issues and monitor automated alerting systems. You will prioritize client-facing issues while assisting other teams as needed. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant service desk experience.
