2027 Management Associate Programme (Business and Support Units)

About The Programme

Our 12-months graduate programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.

Experience: On-the-job experience to take on challenging and impactful projects. May include rotations within unit (e.g. for AI & Data Science and Operations) or direct to role (e.g. Technology, Institutional Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group and Global Financial Markets) Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort Why You Should Join More than just a career, it is the way we work, our culture and purpose that makes your DBS MA experience life fulfilling. The Singapore Management Associate Programme - Business and Support Units will offer opportunities in the following tracks:

  • Consumer Banking Group

  • Global Financial Markets

  • Group Legal, Compliance & Secretariat

  • Institutional Banking Group

  • Risk Management Group

  • Operations
