The resource will report onsite for training. Once they are fully trained, they will transition to a hybrid setup, reporting onsite 12 days per week and working from home for the remaining days. Assignment Duration: 5 months Interview Process: 1 virtual interview

Job Function/Responsibility Sheet

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ active wireless telecommunications projects, overseeing full lifecycle from application intake through lease execution and construction readiness
• Serve as a key operational lead across leasing, regulatory, and construction workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders
• Review and approve complex co-location and modification applications, ensuring compliance with lease terms, zoning, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate site sketches, structural analysis, and market approvals, reducing processing delays and maintaining SLA adherence
• Drive pricing analysis and approval processes, supporting lease negotiations and revenue optimization
• Collaborate directly with Telecommunication corporate real estate teams to secure approvals and maintain project momentum
• Support lease drafting and execution, ensuring accuracy of exhibits, compliance documentation, and contractual alignment
• Identify process gaps and develop operational frameworks (job aids, workflow distribution) to improve team efficiency and scalability
