Required Qualifications / Anesthesiologist Requirements

• MD or DO; board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an anesthesiologist (prefer locum tenens or community hospital experience)
• Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain an Indiana medical license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (AHA issued)
• Case logs demonstrating proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and regional nerve blocks (regional anesthesia)
• Comfortable providing care across general surgery, orthopedic (spine), pediatric, and obstetric (heavy OB) cases

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a broad case mix: general surgery, orthopedic spine, urology, ophthalmology, gynecology, dental and pediatric dental, ENT, podiatry, and obstetrics
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks with documented proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
• Work collaboratively within a team-based anesthesia model alongside MDs and CRNAs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic EMR and adhere to departmental protocols
• Respond to secondary call from home per schedule within a 30-minute response time
