Location:Promedica Specialty PharmacyDepartment:Specialty PharmacyWeekly Hours:40Status:Full timeShift:Days (United States of America)Job Summary:The Retail Pharmacist provides pharmacy services, to include drug distribution and dispensing, drug information, drug therapy monitoring, patient education, and controlled substance regulation. Responsible for providing direct supervision of supportive personnel within the Department of Pharmacy. Actively participates in the creation of an environment that fosters patient, family, physician, and staff satisfaction. Ensures decisions made are based on the Mission and Values of ProMedica.SCHEDULEMonday through Friday 8am -4:30pmon call rotation REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: BS Pharm or PharmDLicense: Current License within the state(s) of practiceWORKING CONDITIONSPhysical Demands: Must be able to lift light materials, frequent standing; occasional squatting, kneeling, walking, and stairs.
