Data Entry Specialist
AITA Consulting Services, Inc.
Note:
- Need to be familiar with ServiceNow as a tool as the primary task of this role will be to correct data inaccuracies found after the migration from Salesforce
- Lehi, UT: One week training on site, might be extended as needed
- After training, will be hybrid - onsite 2-3 days per week and the rest of the week remote.
- Expected work hours: 8AM-5PM MT
- Interview Flow: most probably only one round of a panel interview consisting of 2 interviewers.
- Validation of data in ServiceNow, Pure Storage's CRM
- Update existing data that is missing or incorrect in ServiceNow CRM
- Manual routing of cases to correct teams
- 2-3 years of proven data entry experience
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow CRM
- Great attention to detail
- Quick keyboarding skills
- Computer savvy
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
