Job Posting Title Machine Operator Job Description Summary Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with forging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery. Job Description: Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies. Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. This will involve adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards. Carry out changeover of one or more equipment under detailed guidance. Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions. Carry out TPM checks and activities under detailed guidance. Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. For example, holds self to high standards and consistently honors policies, procedures, and work requirements.
