Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with clients and prospects Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results, providing insights and recommendations to management Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and establish new business relationships Job Details Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Work from home Schedule Monday to Friday Compensation Extras Bonus pay Commission pay Monthly bonus Yearly bonus Application Questions Do you now or in the future need work visa sponsorship?
