AI Recruitment Intern Application Deadline: 1 June 2026 Department: US Sales Employment Type: Internship Location: Phoenix Compensation: $15.00 / hour Description Harnham’s Summer Internship Program is an intensive 8‑week experience designed to provide hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a high‑performing recruitment business operates — from business development and client outreach to candidate sourcing, delivery, and successful placements. This program offers a real‑world introduction to sales, consulting, and talent acquisition while working alongside some of Harnham’s top‑performing consultants.
