Job Description Our client is seeking a Database Developer . The candidate needs to have experience with Sybase data modeling, Windows2012, and SQL. Must have migration experience with Sybase and SQL as well as the ability to validate data. Other skills and knowledge include: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of quality service. Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts Ability to take ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy. Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments.
