Manager, Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health Services - Full Time

The Manager, Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health Services, in partnership with the Medical Director(s), is responsible for the administration of the several Behavioral Health programs and serves as Site Manager for their respective campus. The leader models behaviors that promote patient safety and patient/family satisfaction. *This leader will represent Behavioral Health at the campus level and serve as subject matter expert for campus leaders. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: An earned master's degree in family therapy, psychology, counseling, social work or other related field from an accredited college or university; and Three years' experience in the provision of mental health services. Two years experience in administrative, management or leadership role.
