Cordoba Corporation seeks a Construction Manager to lead a flagship educational facility project at Long Beach Community College District. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contracts, coordinating with architects, engineers, and inspectors to deliver the $60M construction program onsite. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in education/public works, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and Procore or similar PMIS experience; a CCM/PMP is highly desired.
