Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Ops Risk Senior Analyst who can lead end to end RCSA execution, facilitate stakeholder work sessions and walkthroughs, and critically review workflows and methodology with an adaptable, solutions oriented mindset. The ideal candidate brings strong operational risk and effective challenge experience, has been formally trained on RCSA, may have helped build a program, and is comfortable thinking beyond legacy approaches rather than replicating prior institutions’ procedures.
