, you set up, run, and maintain laser cutting equipment that shapes raw steel and aluminum into precise components. You read blueprints, dial in machine settings, monitor each run, and step in fast when something drifts out of spec. The work demands focus and mechanical sense. You are on your feet, watching the cut, listening to the machine, and keeping production on track. If you prefer technical, hands-on work where precision matters every shift, this role delivers.

This manufacturing operation produces precision metal components for a range of industrial applications. The facility runs dedicated laser cutting departments supported by fabrication and production teams, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and consistent output.

What Youll Be Doing:

Set up and operate flat laser cutting machines
Review blueprints and production specifications
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and conformance
Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning lenses and replacing nozzles
Troubleshoot machine issues including alignment and feed problems
Document machine settings, maintenance, and production runs

Qualifications for this position:

1 to 2 years of experience operating flat laser or similar CNC equipment in a manufacturing setting
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in a noisy, dusty, and physically demanding environment
