PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, team building, and delivering an exceptional guest experience? PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team and help take our restaurant to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall profitability
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Drive sales through local marketing and community engagement
