PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub
Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, team building, and delivering an exceptional guest experience? PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team and help take our restaurant to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall profitability
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Drive sales through local marketing and community engagement
