Habilitation Group Homes
We have habilitation group homes. Our habilitation group homes are licensed for 3 or 6 individuals. The individuals served can range from bed bound and total care to others that are able to care for themselves.
Habilitation group homes are staffed with caregivers based on the required staffing ratio in the home.
We are looking for self motivated CNAs or caregivers who are excited about caring for this population. Experience is required. Should be able to work in Avondale, Phoenix or Goodyear.
Requirement: 1) Fingerprint card- must obtain 7 days after employed. 2) TB results. 3) Additional training: Article 9, Prevention and Support and CPR-must sign up 2 weeks after employment. 4) Notarized criminal affidavit form-must have 7 days after employed.
Our group homes full time staff - we have three shift patterns (morning, afternoon and the night shift).
