The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, relational databases, and data analysis, with expertise in MS Visual Studio, C#, Python, or Java, and SQL. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data models using object-oriented concepts to support business requirements.Prepare both external and internal reports / KPIAnalyze relational database structure and schema to optimize the reporting logic.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements and translate them into commercial solutions.Conduct data analysis, using AI, to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.Ensure data quality and consistency through regular audits and validation processes.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and software development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related fieldMinimum 2-5+ years of experience in a similar roleExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail, ability to focus throughout working dayAbility to translate financial analysis into action recommendationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:CPA, or international equivalent, would be advantageousExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similarAdvanced Excel user, MS Power Query, MS Power PivotKnowledge of datacenter infrastructure manufacturing processes would be usefulWorking knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, and Power PointA self starter with strong interpersonal and communications skillsSalary: $84,000K-$100,700K@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
