RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Physical Therapist (PT) , your primary responsibility is the improvement of resident functionality through therapy.
• Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for residents
• Continued support of goal achievement
• Helping patients in their restoration of wellness and independence
• Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence
• Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the patient's care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans
• The application of various therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Long-term care experience preferred
• CPR Certification required
