Locations Showing 1 location Headquarters 5601 6th Ave S, Suite 300 PO Box 80627 Seattle, WA 98108, USA Hybrid Professional Full-Time Requisition #: SRBUS007925 Description Job Description: Serves as the senior subject matter expert for the Oracle Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Order Management, and Pricing) and Oracle warehouse management system and is responsible for providing solution development, operational and project support to empower business users and support future upgrades. The Sr Business Systems Analyst leverages deep business process knowledge and functional experience with Supply Chain modules and Oracle warehouse management to drive continuous improvement and process simplification. The Sr Business Systems Analyst partners with key stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate solutions using Oracle application features and industry best practices. Consult with business leaders and daily system users to identify and document functional needs, procedures, and opportunities for improvement. Working with the IT team, define possible solutions to business needs and guide IT and business leaders in choosing the best option and approach. Create and update business process documents as they relate to Sales order processing, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory management, Costing, warehouse management, and SCM processes. Create requirements, functional specifications, unit and integration test scenarios, and other relevant artifacts necessary for the implementation of IT solutions. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving day‑to‑day IT issues as they relate to SCM applications and warehouse management. Support core Supply Chain modules, warehouse management as well as custom processes. Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify root issue causes using TOAD/SQL developer queries. Support the business in the development and execution of canned and ad hoc reports. Create or update end‑user training documents and guides. Provide hands‑on training to end users on various aspects of applications. Coordinate and guide offshore team for faster issue resolution. Resolve product issues by opening, updating, and escalating service tickets with product vendors. Provide production support using Service Now and procedures for tracking, user communication, and service level management. Create and maintain IT project plans. Execute projects and enhancements using appropriate tools and methodologies. Monitor and control project activities per the plan and communicate status to key stakeholders. Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Systems, Applied Computer Science, or a related field. Requires 5 years of progressive, post‑Bachelor’s work experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Core Oracle Supply Chain products (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Costing, SLA and Warehouse management); OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) and related deliverables; Operational metrics OEE and experience implementing IT solutions for those metrics Oracle Quality; Oracle Process Manufacturing (Inventory, WIP,) Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Planning Central/Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Oracle Maintenance, Demand Planning; Oracle EBS, OBIEE, OAC, PL/SQL, Configuration / Setup / implementation of ORACLE ERP, CLOUD Modules including Order Management, and Purchasing, Inventory, Costing and WMS CLOUD; Supporting and implementing Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Costing, SLA); and Performed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle EBS/cloud modules in recent releases.
