Remote Freight Sales Agent (1099 Commission Only — U.S. Based)

\nResponsibilities
\n• Maintain and Grow Your Book of Business — Strengthen existing customer accounts while developing new long term relationships built on trust.
\n• Build Strong Customer & Carrier Relationships — Communicate consistently, follow through, and create dependable partnerships that keep freight moving smoothly.
\n• Negotiate Competitive Rates — Secure strong pricing with carriers while protecting margins and delivering real value to shippers.
\n• Coordinate Shipments — Schedule pickups and deliveries, verify load details, and keep everyone informed from start to finish.
\n• Track Deliveries — Monitor loads proactively, address issues quickly, and keep customers updated every step of the way.
\n• Represent With Class — Uphold our family style values by communicating professionally, acting with integrity, and treating every customer like they matter — because they do.
\nRequirements
\n• Proven freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
\n• Existing shipper relationships (required for 1099 success)
\n• Must reside in the United States
\n• Established book of business
\n• Self motivated, disciplined, and relationship driven
\n• Strong communication and follow through skills
