*IMMEDIATE HIRE - PRODUCTION COORDINATOR*

Hourly base pay: $21 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays Choice of Global Cash Card or Direct Deposit Responsibilities Assist the Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager in monitoring changes in work methods and/or equipment usage to improve labor utilization and production efficiency. Assist in conducting new hire and ongoing training for all production employees. Assist in execution of company production policies, procedures, and standards. Assist in monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality, housekeeping, and safety are met. Maintain proficiency and train production employees on all responsibilities. Evaluate tasks and responsibilities of production employees directed by the Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager. Provide feedback and recommendations to the Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager. Perform tasks as directed by the Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager. Physical Activity Stooping, driving a forklift, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling. Environmental Conditions Production areas of a typical industrial laundry facility. Travel Requirements Occasionally visit customers or attend training meetings.
