You'll work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development, behavioral regulation, and meaningful participation in the school day.Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to studentsImplement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plansSupport skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readinessCollect accurate behavioral data and session documentationCollaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisorsSupport students during transitions, routines, and challenging momentsMaintain professionalism within school environmentsHow Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by:Consistent, compassionate support of studentsAccurate data collection and follow-throughStrong collaboration with school and clinical teamsOpenness to feedback and skill developmentReliability, professionalism, and positive engagementPay Information Hourly Rate: Starting at $22.00+ Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills.
