Energy Analyst II

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Energy Analyst II will configure and validate analytical models, provide client support, and develop reporting dashboards within a web-based energy analytics platform. Key responsibilities Configuring, calibrating, and validating analytical models for implementation projects Providing direct analytical support and troubleshooting for clients Developing reporting dashboards and visualizations for integration into production software Required qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the wholesale electric power industry Proficiency in Python/R (3+ years) for data analysis and model development Strong grasp of statistics and time series analysis Hands-on experience in configuring and validating analytical models Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to clients
