Position Overview

Seeking a Production Mitigation Manager to oversee restoration production, technicians, warehouse operations, equipment, vehicles, scheduling, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technicians and daily production operations.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage vehicle and mitigation equipment maintenance.
• Train, coach, and evaluate technicians.
• Conduct regular field inspections and team meetings.
• Manage on-call rotations, scheduling, and emergency response.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and job profitability.
• Address performance issues and ensure company standards are followed.
  

Qualifications

• Leadership, operations, or production management experience preferred.
• Experience with water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, or disaster restoration preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work after-hours, weekends, overtime, and emergency service hours.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
