Location
Reno, Nevada – Full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll lead major commercial construction projects from planning through successful completion.
Note
Applicants must have 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience . Experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor is required.

Job Description
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall project execution.
- Provide leadership to project teams while mentoring Project Managers and support staff.
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Review contracts, project documents, change orders, and project risks.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
- Resolve complex project challenges through proactive planning and communication.
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
- Experience managing complex commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
- Ability to identify project risks and develop effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
