W2 Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote Job Description: High-volume recruiter who can manage multiple openings and priorities Highly organized and able to manage a large pipeline Proactive “go-getter” — not an order taker Creative thinker who can develop new sourcing strategies Strong sourcing skills; needs to be able to dig and find candidates Comfortable working with high-level leaders and hiring managers Able to adapt and pivot quickly as priorities and business needs change Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills High-touch, customer-service-oriented approach Google suite – very nice / helpful to have Experience Recruiting background required Industry experience is flexible — banking experience is not required Open to candidates from: Large organizations Smaller companies/startups High-volume recruiting environments Experience recruiting across different levels is important Types of Roles You Will Recruit Similar to a bank teller/customer-facing branch role Heavy interaction with customers on the branch floor Looking for candidates who are: Early/semi-junior in their careers Coming from retail or customer service Experienced with cash handling Comfortable engaging directly with customers Notes: Will also recruit more senior-level branch leadership positions Requires the recruiter to be comfortable recruiting both high-volume, junior-level talent and senior leadership Someone who can switch between high-volume recruiting and senior-level searches, proactively source candidates, partner with senior leaders, and quickly adjust when priorities change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
