Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior REXX Developer with extensive expertise in IBM z/OS administration, mainframe automation, and systems programming . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in REXX scripting , Broadcom OPS/MVS automation , and enterprise mainframe security technologies including RACF, ACF2, or CA Top Secret .

This is a long-term remote opportunity with IBM for a senior-level professional who can design, develop, automate, and support critical mainframe infrastructure in a complex enterprise environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in REXX programming on IBM z/OS.
Strong experience with IBM z/OS administration and systems programming.
Expertise in Broadcom OPS/MVS automation and operations management.
Experience developing automation scripts for system monitoring, job scheduling, and operational workflows.
Strong knowledge of mainframe security products:
- RACF
- ACF2
- CA Top Secret
Experience troubleshooting complex mainframe system issues and performance bottlenecks.
Strong understanding of JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and other z/OS utilities.
Experience working with enterprise mainframe environments and production support.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise automation frameworks.
Knowledge of IBM mainframe operational best practices.
Experience supporting large-scale financial or enterprise environments.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
