Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager

The Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager will lead, direct, develop and market projects involving the planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. Responsibilities Direct project staff and serve as project director or project manager for industrial water/wastewater initiatives. Lead the marketing, planning of proposals and participation in interviews. Manage projects and tasks, conducting complex process engineering, collecting and presenting data in reports, memos and public forums. Produce design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities. Possess experience with design/build projects. Communicate effectively with strong oral and written skills, demonstrating leadership and organizational capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) licensure strongly preferred. Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management. Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities. Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively with project teams. Experience handling multiple assignments. Master’s Degree. PMP certification. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 10 years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years in project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management tools. Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
