Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a dynamic surgical ICU and IMC units environment. This role entails working in a tertiary teaching hospital, focusing primarily on respiratory therapy for adult and pediatric patients in critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care for patients in various units, including NICU, PICU, and adult critical care.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in call rotation and weekend shifts as required by operational needs.
• Utilize advanced respiratory equipment, including Drager, Hamilton, and Respironics ventilators.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Must have BLS certification; ACLS and NRP certifications are preferred.
• Experience in tertiary, teaching hospitals, and Level 1 trauma facilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.
