Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and track progress.
• Adaptability to work with diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assess students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students requiring SLP services.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate students’ communication growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment sessions.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy, both one-on-one and in small groups.
• Provide guidance and support on communication strategies to educators and caregivers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning.
