Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, engaging, and visionary Hospital Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the practice owner and COO while leading the daily operations of our growing hospital. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day operations of the hospital.

Partner with the practice owner and COO to establish priorities, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence.

Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and retain an exceptional veterinary team.

Foster a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop efficient systems to enhance patient care, client service, and team productivity.

Lead performance management, employee development, and ongoing training initiatives.

Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve hospital performance.

Ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of veterinary hospital management experience required.

Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing veterinary teams.

Strong business acumen with experience improving operational efficiency and team performance.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Experience with Vetspire practice management software preferred.

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential preferred.
