Position Summary
The HR & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources administration and payroll processing for temporary, contract, and direct-hire employees within a staffing environment. This role ensures accurate payroll execution, employee onboarding, compliance with labor laws, and employee record management while providing exceptional support to clients, field employees, and internal teams.
Human Resources Support
- Coordinate new hire onboarding
- Assist with employment verification, background checks, urinalysis drug screenings
- I-9 compliance to include I9 Remote Verification
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Respond to employee HR-related questions
- Assist with employee offboarding and exit processes.
- Answer HR dedicated email line
- Reschedule appointments, new hires, other schedule needs as requests are received
- Payroll Support
