We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will assist customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying processfrom the initial conversation and vehicle selection through the final transaction, delivery, and follow-up.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated to succeed, and understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, commission-based position with excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers and providing a welcoming, professional dealership experience; building relationships with customers and identifying their individual vehicle needs, preferences, and budget; assisting customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles; providing knowledgeable and professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations; conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features, technology, and benefits; responding promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers; maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing customers; accurately maintaining customer information and sales activity within the dealership CRM; working closely with sales management and the finance department to provide a smooth and efficient purchasing experience; staying current on Mercedes-Benz products, technology, available inventory, incentives, and programs; following up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships and referrals; meeting or exceeding individual sales and customer satisfaction goals; and representing Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City professionally at all times.

Qualifications include previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate; previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and demeanor; strong customer service and relationship-building skills; self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven; comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment; ability to learn vehicle technology, features, and product information; basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership CRM systems; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.
