Position Overview Line Cook. Pay range: $17.08 - $20.59 per hour. Company: Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Brews. They are an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities Prepare food in the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure guests have a worry‑free experience. Assist with general kitchen duties as needed. Receive a free meal each shift. Qualifications Must be 17 or older. Current and strong interest in cooking within a fast‑paced restaurant environment. Benefits Flexible work schedules. 50 % discount on Red Robin food and 25 % discount for family. Referral bonuses for bringing new members to the team. Additional compensation and benefits (see below). Excellent opportunities to grow with the company. Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay) : $17.08 - $20.59 per hour. Other Types of Compensation : Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (requires 1+ years of service and 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance : Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (requires age 18+). Retirement Benefits : 401(k) retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay (requires age 21+, 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
