This position involves engaging with customers to showcase and sell products, ensuring an outstanding retail experience, meeting sales goals, onboarding customers, and resolving issues with moderate supervision. Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Keep detailed, up‑to‑date sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
