Position Overview Location: 1215 E. McGalliard Rd., Muncie, Indiana 47303. Brand: EZPawn. Pay range is based on experience from $12.00/hr to $14.00/hr. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition. Career Path Start as a trainee in our 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue growth through the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hour. Potential to advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and eventually Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program to run your own store.
