Requirements Previous food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred Ability to safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen tasks Reliable attendance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude Job Duties Prepare, batter, and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Operate commercial fryers safely and monitor cooking times and temperatures Inspect food products to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency Minimize food waste through proper preparation and cooking techniques Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Maintain cleanliness of fryers, kitchen equipment, and workstations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Properly store and handle food products to maintain quality and safety Assist with food preparation and support other kitchen stations during busy periods Promote and represent the TABASCO brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Perform additional kitchen and food service duties as assigned Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
