Contract Assistant Property Manager

Location: Dallas, TX 75202

Contract Duration: 1-2 months

Pay Rate: $30.00-$33.94/hour, DOE

Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Assistant Property Manager to provide administrative and property management support in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and experience working with tenants, vendors, contractors, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to tenant needs while ensuring lease obligations are met.
• Manage administrative tasks related to:
  • Work orders and service requests
  • Rent and expense payments
  • Property maintenance
  • Vendor compliance and documentation
  • Accounts receivable
  • Service contracts
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance
• Provide day-to-day administrative support using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related tools.
• Support tenant and vendor relations and address issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management within the commercial real estate industry.
• Experience working with contracts and leasing agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logical and effective problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with work order management systems.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, Angus, or similar platforms .
