You review the production schedule, verify specifications, and ready the heat treat equipment for the day’s runs. As cycles progress, you fine-tune parameters, verify quality, and document every step so each part meets exacting requirements.

• Configure and run heat treatment equipment to meet defined specifications.
• Control and adjust thermal profiles and heating cycles to achieve optimal results.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to confirm compliance with standards.
• Log production data and equipment performance with complete accuracy.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot heat treat systems as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep a tidy, orderly work area.
• Partner with teammates to refine methods and elevate process efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in heat treatment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a Heat Treat Operator or in a comparable manufacturing role.
• Solid grasp of heat treatment methods, equipment, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
• Clear communication skills and an unwavering commitment to safety.
