We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Sheet Metal Fabricator & Duct Assembly Technician to join our team. This position involves fabricating, assembling, and preparing HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components according to production specifications. Candidates with sheet metal, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble HVAC duct systems and sheet metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, notching machines, and power tools.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and production orders.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal materials accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
