Crunch is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support our clubs — someone who cares about quality, safety, and keeping our members happy. Job Type: Full‑Time Pay: $20-$25/hour, health insurance, vision, dental, Free gym membership with all the perks! The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you’re the backbone of the club. You make sure everything works, everything is safe, and everything looks great. When members walk in ready for their workout, you’re the reason their favorite machine is ready to go. Your work keeps the club moving. Your work keeps our members safe. Your work makes a difference every single day. What You Bring 2 years maintenance experience (preferred) 1 year handyman experience (preferred) General repair & building maintenance skills Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge Strong organization and problem‑solving skills Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs Health club maintenance experience = a plus Reliable transportation Physical Requirements Working in a lively gym environment Lifting 50+ lbs Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders Moving equipment Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts What You’ll Do Walking the facility and identifying repair needs Keeping accurate maintenance logs Working with the General Manager on repair timelines Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment Ordering parts, tools, and materials Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself Completing monthly OSHA safety checks Helping members on the floor when needed Where You’ll Work SIR Fitness operates Crunch clubs across Southern California, including: Anaheim Orange Garden Grove Huntington Beach Fountain Valley Tustin San Clemente Vista Carmel Valley Eastlake Oceanside University Square Why You’ll Love It Consistent hours + supportive leadership FREE gym membership A friendly, hardworking team Real opportunities for growth A workplace that feels like community You might even get in great shape along the way #J-18808-Ljbffr
